One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson is reportedly seeking joint custody of his son.
Tomlinson had a child, named Freddie Reign, with Los Angeles-based stylist Briana Jungwirth, born in January of this year.
TMZ now reports that Tomlinson is ready to go to court.
According to the report, the star is considering legal action to ensure "joint physical and legal custody" as well as "a 50/50 split in terms of the division of time each spends with their son".
Tomlinson has not yet commented on the reports.
Earlier this month, Tomlinson posted a picture of himself with his son, along with the caption: "Happy Father's Day to every lucky lad out there who's someone's daddy! Thoroughly enjoyed my first :) Love you Freddie son X". See that below.
